Get Human is so proud to once again partner with the remarkable Kathleen Daly and Zoe Sharkey of Cafe Zoe to support Veterans at the Palo Alto Veterans Hospital. Every dollar raised in this holiday fundraiser goes to necessities and simple holiday gifts that are requested by hospitalized Vets. Gifts are presented at an annual dinner and celebration.

There she is, Zoe Sharkey--of Cafe Zoe, the best and most community-spirited business in Menlo Park or maybe the whole country. Because of Zoe, her incredible mom, Kathleen Daly, and the most generous, helpful community members, volunteers and donors, an actual van full of clothing and other necessities made its way to the Palo Alto VA Hospital the evening of December 23rd. Veterans were also served a holiday meal and presented with requested gift items. Get Human is so proud of our incredible leaders and partners and so honored to have been part of this remarkably moving and successful drive. Peace on earth!

Join Us Supporting Homeless Veterans in Our Community

Get Human is so humbled to join with Cafe Zoe, Habibi's Salon and other local businesses in support of their annual Holiday Gift Drive for local Homeless Veterans. Our wonderful partners have organized a holiday meal and care packages for patients at the mental health clinic at the Palo Alto Veteran's Hospital for the past few years. Because of the generosity of our community, the Veterans are served a wonderful hot, holiday meal and are given clothing and wish-list items that they desperately need when they are discharged from the hospital. Meet Infamouz and J. Bugz. Also known as JP and Marvin, these guys are amazing artists making change in our community - their mission-driven, melodic Hip Hop educates and uplifts. They are leading others in our community to positive change through empowering expression. JP performed at our show last year, and this year we're so excited to be working together on our Get Human fundraiser.
